Our team endeavors to process and ship orders within 7-10 working days. In case of peak seasons or high volumes of orders, your shipment might take few additional days to be delivered. For our International customers, minimal shipping charges will be applicable and this will be charged at the time of order booking. The shipment will be delivered by one the following carriers:

Tracking an order
Once you’ve successfully placed an order on our website, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking code. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. Look for “Orders” under the “My Account” section and enter your Order no. and E-mail to proceed. Packaging
We know how exciting receiving a package can be and that’s why we put in extra care into the packaging. Expect each Divino piece to come in a beautiful box accompanied with a pouch along with instruction manual for storage of the product when not in use. We consider it our responsibility to deliver the product at your doorstep, assuring that the product is perfect.
