Refund & Cancellation Policy

We follow a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy for all orders that are dispatched in perfect condition.

In Case of Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and share clear, detailed photographs along with an unedited opening video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the damage visible.

⚠️ The opening video is mandatory for all damage-related claims. Claims without this video will not be considered.


Order Cancellations

  • Order cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, no cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.


Refund Policy (Applicable Only in Approved Cases)

Refunds are processed only in cases approved by our team :

  1. Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the delivery charges will be deducted, and only the remaining amount will be refunded.

  2. Customers must share their correct bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, and Bank Name) for refund processing.

  3. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.


Important

  • An opening video (clearly showing the sealed package being opened) is mandatory for all damage claims.

  • All damage-related claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims raised after this period or without the required proof will not be entertained.
